Baughman's Rock Overlook

At just over 2000 feet, in the slopes leading up to Laurel Ridge, Baughman's Rock stands with an exquisite view of the Youghiogheny River Gorge. Looking off to the right is the top of Laurel Ridge, the roof of Ohiopyle State Park at over 2900 feet. The river itself can scantly be scene in the center of the vista, rounding the Flats.

Baughman's Rock Overlook is less than 100 yards from Sugarloaf Road (SR 2012).
