Photograph taken directly from the Youghiogheny River Trail about four miles south of Connellsville, at the Chestnut Ridge water gap. The breathtaking mountainside can be seen with carved gullies from spring streams. During the evening these gullies provide a gushing flow of cool air from the mountain forest above, literally with the feel of air conditioning, and with a sweet smell of moist vegetation accompanying the air flow.
