Pictured is the statue of Colonel William Crawford in front of the Carnegie Free Library in Connellsville. The Carnegie Free Library was built in 1903 with funds donated by Andrew Carnegie, a famous steel manufacturer and philanthropist. The building is of Ohio Buff stone and has Italian Renaissance architecture.
